This milkshake is a crossover between a cookies and cream milkshake and a chocolate milkshake. It is rich, creamy, chocolaty, nutty, and f*cking delicious! Coconut water makes the difference here, so don’t skip out on it. I love this one, but you can find coconut water at pretty much every grocery store these days.
½ cup coconut water
2 tablespoons raw cashews
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 frozen banana
1 cup ice
1 tablespoon cacao nibs plus more for topping
In a blender, blend the coconut water, cashews and cacao powder until completely smooth.
Add the banana, ice and cacao nibs and blend until smooth. Top with more cacao nibs if you’d like.
