Bright in color and in flavor, this is a lovely accompaniment to grain bowls and steamed vegetables. I especially love it on top of my macro bowl.
1/3 cup tahini
2/3 cup water
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon maple syrup
juice of 1 lemon
4 small garlic cloves, peeled
1 teaspoon coconut aminos or tamari
big pinch of salt
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until completely smooth, adding water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until smooth and pourable.
